Abstract:
A food waste disposer comprises a fixed cutter wall (40) and a rotating cutter head (30) disposed below the fixed cutter wall (40). The rotating cutter head (30) comprises a body portion (32) and a plurality of working teeth (33) extending outwards along the periphery of the body portion (32). A cutting surface (330) is arranged on each of two side portions of each working tooth (33). Each cutting surface (330) is obliquely disposed relative to the top surface and the bottom surface of the working tooth (33) where the cutting surface (330) is located. The fixed cutter wall (40) comprises an annular side portion (42) and a plurality of fixed teeth (41) extending outwards from one end of the annular side portion (42) near to the rotating cutter head (30). The fixed teeth (41) and the working teeth (33) of the rotating cutter head (30) cooperate to carry out cutting. A cutting surface (410) is disposed on each side portion of each fixed tooth (41), and the cutting surface (410) of each fixed teeth (41) is obliquely disposed relative to the top surface and the bottom surface of the fixed teeth (41) where the cutting surface (410) is located.
