Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of power generation, power transformation or power distribution. Disclosed is a force-balance-type stator permanent magnet electric motor magnetic bearing having an adjustable bias magnetic field. The magnetic bearing comprises four permanent magnet poles and four electromagnetic poles, wherein magnetic field energy of the four permanent magnet poles comes from a stator permanent magnet of a stator permanent magnet electric motor; and each permanent magnet pole is formed by a permanent magnet left magnetic conductive bridge, a permanent magnet right magnetic conductive bridge, a magnetic adjusting section, an electromagnetic pole stator, an electromagnetic pole, a permanent magnet pole isolation board, a connecting section between poles of two sides of a permanent magnet, a permanent magnet left pole, and a permanent magnet right pole, wherein a magnetic flux of the permanent magnet pole is adjusted by the magnetic adjusting section, and the electromagnetic pole is adjusted by a current introduced into an electromagnetic pole winding coil. Only a magnetic bearing rotor serves as a common path of permanent magnet bias magnetic flux and electromagnetic pole magnetic flux, the magnetic conductivity of an axial magnetic bearing magnetic adjusting member and the volume of an embedded magnetic conductive section are adjusted, and a relative distance between a thrust disc and a front permanent magnet pole and a rear permanent magnet pole is changed, thereby facilitating controlling over the magnetic bearing, and achieving the aim of a compact structure and an adjustable magnetic field.
