Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical fields of power generation, power transformation or power distribution. Disclosed are a stator permanent magnet motor magnetic bearing having magnetic pole bypasses, and a biasing force adjusting method therefor. Typical magnetic field loops formed by sections of permanent magnets extending out of a stator, radial magnetically conductive bridges, circumferential magnetically conductive bridges, magnetism gathering boots, radial/axial working air gaps, and radial/axial magnetic field closed main loop magnetically conductive blocks are used to design magnetic pole bypasses, thereby achieving multi-path and magnetic field strength-controllable distribution of permanent magnet magnetic field energy in a stator permanent magnet motor. The present invention also provides a bias magnetic circuit structure. By selecting the material of inter-magnetism gathering block connection sections and the volume thereof embedding into adjacent magnetism gathering blocks, the number of magnetic poles of a bias magnetic field and the magnetic field strength are adjusted, and then the biasing force of the magnetic poles is adjusted; the end space of a motor winding is used to the maximum extent, the axial length of a magnetic suspension bearing motor system is reduced, the dynamic performance of a rotor is improved, and the objective of a highly-impact and high-integration "magnetic suspension bearing+permanent magnet motor system" is achieved.
