Abstract:
A forging automatic inkjet device and system. The forging automatic inkjet device comprises a bottom plate; two same support rods are respectively fixed on the left and right sides of the upper end of the bottom plate; sliding rods are fixedly provided on the upper ends of the support rods; a sliding groove is fixedly provided in each sliding rod, a sliding block is slidably provided in each sliding groove, and an inkjet mechanism is fixedly provided on the sliding blocks; a cushion block is fixedly provided on the upper end of the rear side of the bottom plate, and a power mechanism is fixedly provided on the cushion block; the power mechanism is connected to the inkjet mechanism, so as to control the inkjet mechanism to move in a front-back direction for uniform spraying. In the forging automatic inkjet device, nozzles are improved so that the nozzles can switch between air spraying and ink spraying, a good atomization effect and uniform spraying area are achieved and there are no dead corners; the present invention is suitable for various products having high inkjet requirements, such as special-shaped parts, planetary gear blanks, and shafts, thereby increasing the product rate of pass, shortening the inkjet time, and improving the working efficiency.
