Abstract:
A fracturing system. The fracturing system comprises a fracturing apparatus, a high-low pressure manifold skid and a main body driving mechanism. The fracturing apparatus has a hydraulic end; the high-low pressure manifold skid comprises a main pipeline extending in a first direction and a main pipeline support for bearing the main pipeline; the fracturing apparatus is located on at least one side of the high-low pressure manifold skid in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; the main pipeline is connected to the hydraulic end of the fracturing apparatus; a guide rail is located above the high-low pressure manifold skid and extends in the first direction; an intelligent working device comprises a main body mounted on the guide rail; the main body driving mechanism is connected to the main body of the intelligent working device so as to drive the main body of the intelligent working device to move at least along the guide rail. According to the fracturing system, the intelligent working device facilitates performing inspection and maintenance operations on fracturing apparatuses arranged on two sides of the high-low pressure manifold skid, and facilitates inspection and maintenance of the main pipeline, occupation of extra space by provision of the guide rail can be avoided, and the space utilization rate of the fracturing system is improved.
