Abstract:
Disclosed are a freeze-dried ginger slice preparation system and a method. The system comprises a freeze-drying barrel body (1), a supporting assembly (2), a fan assembly (3), a heating component (5), a roller assembly (4), a flow guide cover (6), a discharge assembly (7) and a feed pipe (8). The supporting assembly (2) comprises a supporting disc (21), a connecting rod (22) and a mounting disc (23). The fan assembly (3) comprises a drive motor (31), a motor shaft (32), a first pulley (33), and a fan blade (34). The roller assembly (4) comprises a roller body (41), a roller shaft (42), a second pulley (43), a rib (44) and a wavy annular guide rail (45). The discharge assembly (7) comprises a discharge groove (71), a return spring (72) and a roller assembly (73). The present system and method achieve rapid freeze-drying of ginger slices and, effectively prevent the problem of the quality of the frozen ginger slices being affected due to uneven temperature or water crystallization.
