Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a dielectric case (4) which is disposed inside a slot (20) formed by a first notch (1a) and a second notch (2a), and which contains an ionizing gas (5) thereinside; a first electrode (6) which penetrates the dielectric case (4) so that one end thereof is in contact with the ionizing gas (5) and the other end thereof is in contact with a first metal plate (1); and a second electrode (7) which penetrates the dielectric case (4) so that one end thereof is in contact with the ionizing gas (5) and the other end thereof is in contact with a second metal plate (2). A phase switching part (8) is configured to cause the transition of the ionizing gas (5) to a plasma state by applying a voltage between the first metal plate (1) and the second metal plate (2), and to switch the phases of radio waves that pass through the inside of the dielectric case (4) by varying the voltage.
