Abstract:
This fresh air amount calculation device has an MAF dynamics calculation unit and a fuel dynamics calculation unit. These units respectively calculate a dynamic MAF value and a dynamic fuel injection amount during transition, and output the respective calculation results to an exhaust O2 calculation unit. Accordingly, the accuracy of estimated exhaust O2 calculated by the exhaust O2 calculation unit can be improved. As a result, the accuracy of a corrected MAF value outputted from an MAF correction unit can be improved.
