Abstract:
Provided is a system that reports frying oil processing operation information, with which it is possible to appropriately implement an operation for processing frying oil. The frying oil processing operation reporting system comprises: a deterioration state analysis unit 55 that analyzes the deterioration state of frying oil 17 in a fryer 14; a processing operation information recognition unit 56 that recognizes the processing operation information for the frying oil 17 on the basis of the analysis results obtained by analyzing the deterioration state of the frying oil 17; and a first reporting unit 57 installed in a shop 32, the first reporting unit 57 reporting the processing operation information.
