Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and a method for actively controlling the cooking condition of fritters according to personalized recipes generated for respective users and applied thereto. More specifically, the present invention relates to a control system and a control method wherein the status quo of oil pans for fritters is recognized in real time through sensors such that the frying time and the frying material introduction order can be actively controlled as robot arms cook fritters with regard to respective oil pans, thereby efficiently completing fritter cooking.
