Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fuel cell bipolar plate capable of enhancing fluid disturbance, comprising an anode plate (1) and a cathode plate (2), wherein the anode plate (1) and the cathode plate (2) comprise a plurality of polar plate units (3); each polar plate unit (3) comprises a left ridge plate (311), a left side plate (321), a middle ridge plate (312), a right side plate (322) and a right ridge plate (313); each ridge plate uses a wavy curved surface structure, and wave crests of the curved surface structures of every two adjacent ridge plates are kept at a certain distance from each other; each side plate is connected to two adjacent ridge plates and uses a lofted curved surface structure; the two polar plates are attached to each other back to back. According to the bipolar plate structure, flow division and collision of a fluid can be achieved, and forced convection perpendicular to a reaction plane is generated, so that multi-directional disturbance of the fluid is significantly enhanced. Compared with the prior art, the present invention can enhance the substance transporting characteristics of anode and cathode flow fields and the heat exchange efficiency of a cooling flow field simultaneously, so that the output performance of a fuel cell is improved, and the structure is suitable for batch production.
