Title:
FUEL DROPLET MINIATURIZATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/039459
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a fuel droplet miniaturization device which turns fuel liquid efficiently into minute droplets by suppressing the effects of flow charging, and which increases and stabilizes engine output. This fuel droplet miniaturization device consists of a fragmentation promoting member 30 comprising wires, a mesh-like sheet, or a ribbon, for example, formed from a metal, a semiconductor, a polymer, a ceramic, or glass, for example. The fragmentation promoting member 30 is disposed between an ejection port 20 of a carburetor or a fuel injection device and an intake valve 41 of an engine, such that fuel liquid ejected from the ejection port 20 of the carburetor or the fuel injection device is caused to impact the fragmentation promoting member 30, thereby causing the fuel liquid to be pulverized and scattered by means of the impact, and promoting the formation of minute droplets.
