Abstract:

The present invention prevents damage to the valve seat of a control valve in a back-pressure control unit caused by foreign matter in high-pressure fuel. The present invention is configured in a manner such that: an inlet connector having a high-pressure-fuel introduction channel is attached to the inlet opening of a housing; a fuel chamber is formed from the end-surface section of the inlet connector and the floor-surface section of the inlet opening; a first fuel channel for connecting to a nozzle-side opens to the outer-circumferential section of the floor-surface section in the region of the fuel chamber; a second fuel channel for connecting to the back-pressure-control-unit-side opens to a center section; and the high-pressure fuel to be introduced into the fuel chamber from the inlet connector is capable of forming a circulating flow centered around the center section of the inlet opening.
