Abstract:
A nozzle rotating member is provided with: a primary flow passage (56) which is branched from a fluid supply flow passage and which supplies fluid to a primary fluid discharge opening; and a secondary flow passage (57) which is branched from the fluid supply flow passage and which applies rotatory force by discharging the fluid from a secondary fluid discharge opening (57b). The secondary flow passage (57) has a fluid intake opening (57a) which is open facing the direction of flow of the fluid through the fluid supply flow passage.
