Abstract:
A fuel supplying device (1) comprises a valve (13) in a fuel channel between a fuel pump (3) and an engine (5). A storage unit of an ECU (18 to 21) stores the relationship of the fuel pressure and flow rate required by an engine and the voltage supplied to a motor (7). The ECU detects, from change points (C1', C2', C3') at which the properties of the voltage and current supplied to the motor (7) change, the voltage (V26, V27, V28) supplied from a controller (22) to the motor while a valve is opened. Then, the ECU corrects the voltage stored in the storage unit on the basis of the difference of voltages (V1, V2, V5) stored in the memory unit for the change points (C1, C2, C3) and voltages (V26, V27, V28) while the valve is opened. Thus, the fuel supplying device, without being provided with a fuel pressure sensor, can precisely control the motor in accordance with the fuel pressure and flow rate required by the engine.
