Abstract:

A full-automatic cutting device for a conical head of a high-voltage XPLE crosslinked polyethylene cable terminal. The full-automatic cutting device comprises a rack, a clamping mechanism used for clamping a cable, a cutting mechanism used for cutting the cable, a driving mechanism used for driving the cutting mechanism to move circumferentially, move in the axial direction of the cable and move in the radial direction of the cable, and a controller used for controlling the driving mechanism to operate. The clamping mechanism, the cutting mechanism, the driving mechanism, and the controller are all mounted on the rack, and the driving mechanism is connected to the cutting mechanism and the controller, respectively.
