Abstract:

A full-automatic pipe processing machine, comprising a material storage apparatus (1), a cold heading extrusion molding apparatus (2), a pipe opening cutting apparatus (3), and a base (5). The cold heading extrusion molding apparatus (2) comprises a mounting frame (201), a mold holder (238), and a mold. The mounting frame (201) is fixed on the base (5). The mold holder (238) is fixed on the mounting frame (201). The mold comprises a male mold (234), a female mold lower negative mold (232), and a female mold upper negative mold (233). The female mold lower negative mold (232) is fixed on the mold holder (238). The female mold upper negative mold (233) is fixed on the mounting frame (201) by means of a first pushing mechanism (202). The male mold (234) is slidably provided on the mold holder (238), and is aligned with the female mold upper negative mold (233) and the female mold lower negative mold (232). The male mold (234) is driven by a second pushing mechanism (203) fixed on the mounting frame (201). The other side of the female mold lower negative mold (232) is further provided with a support assembly (29) and a third pushing mechanism (28). The male mold (234) is further provided with a mandrel (235) for inserting into a pipe. Two sets of grabbing and moving mechanisms (22) are further provided on two sides of the mounting frame (201). The pipe opening cutting apparatus (3) comprises an opening cutting positioning plate (303), a fourth pushing mechanism (308), and a punching plate (311).
