Abstract:
A pipe fitting cold heading extrusion forming mechanism, comprising an installation frame (201), a die holder (238) and a die. The installation frame (201) is fixed on a base (5); the die holder (238) is fixed on the installation frame (201); the die comprises a male die (234), a female die lower recessed die piece (232) and a female die upper recessed die piece (233), wherein the female die lower recessed die piece (232) is fixed on the die holder (238), the female die upper recessed die piece (233) is fixed on the installation frame (201) by means of a first pushing mechanism (202), the male die (234) is arranged on the die holder (238) in a sliding manner and is aligned with the female die upper recessed die piece (233) and the female die lower recessed die piece (232), the male die (234) is driven by a second pushing mechanism (203) fixed to the installation frame (201), the other side of the female die lower recessed die piece (232) is further provided with a supporting assembly (29) and a third pushing mechanism (28), the third pushing mechanism (28) pushes a pipe fitting to be subjected to extrusion forming inside the die, and the male die (234) is further provided with a core rod (235); and grabbing and moving mechanisms (22) are further arranged on two sides of the installation frame (201).
