Abstract:
A full-chain temperature monitoring system in production, storage and transportation of fresh and raw milk. A temperature information acquisition function (10) is implemented by a temperature sensor and a main controller to realize detection and acquisition of temperature information in the whole production, storage and transportation process of the fresh and raw milk. A temperature transmission determination function (20) is implemented by determining whether to transmit current temperature information according to the temperature information and time information. A wireless transmission function (30) is implemented by transmitting the temperature information and vehicle location information to a background server by means of a wireless communication module. A background server function (40) can realize data analysis and processing. A terminal display function (50) can realize functions such as the display of the temperature information, over-temperature early warning, interaction with transport personnel and ranch personnel, transportation in-transit positioning, bacterial number prediction. Also disclosed is a monitoring method thereof. The can achieve the real-time performance of temperature information, and reduce the power consumption and flow loss of a transmitting end.
