Abstract:
A municipal sludge fuel preparation method and an application thereof. The sludge fuel preparation method comprises the following steps: performing moisture regulation on sludge; adding an additive to the sludge subjected to moisture regulation, and then stirring the substances uniformly; press-forming a mixture obtained after uniform stirring; and drying a product obtained after press-forming to obtain a fuel product. Prepared fuel can be applied to units requiring fossil energy, such as thermal power plants, heating plants, cement plants and agriculture, fishery and sidelines, as alternative or supplementary fuel. The calorific value of the fuel is 4200-5000 kilocalories. The pH value of trace ash obtained after fuel burning reaches 7.9-8.5. The fuel has a very low content of heavy metals and can be used as a soil conditioner, thus achieving zero discharge of waste. The method has the advantages of a simple process, low cost, no device particularity, low investment, high yield and no secondary pollution.
