Abstract:
A fulvestrant pharmaceutical composition, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The fulvestrant pharmaceutical composition comprises fulvestrant solid particles, wherein the size of the fulvestrant solid particles is such that Dv(10) is less than or equal to 600 nanometers, Dv(50) is less than or equal to 700 nanometers, and Dv(90) is less than or equal to 1,000 nanometers. The fulvestrant pharmaceutical composition has an appropriate release rate. Peak concentration is reached rapidly after administration and a high plasma concentration is maintained. The composition contains a high amount of drug content and no organic solvent or oil, causes little irritation, is easy to administer, allows for reduced dosage volumes and significantly reduced injection pain, and has good market prospects.
