Abstract:
A gambogic acid-loaded mesoporous nanoparticle, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof in cancer treatment, relating to the technical field of medicines. The gambogic acid-loaded mesoporous nanoparticle is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of a mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticle and 1-100 parts of gambogic acid. In order to enhance the treatment effect on cancers, the gambogic acid-loaded polydopamine nanoparticle is designed. The nanoparticle can exert an anti-tumor effect by means of action mechanisms such as increasing intracellular ROS levels, reducing mitochondrial membrane potential, increasing intracellular Ca2+ concentration, and inducing immunogenic cell death. The nanoparticle also has a chemotherapy effect, a photothermal conversion effect, and an immune activation effect, and thus achieves a synergistic anti-tumor effect, and therefore, important reference significance can be provided for clinical treatment of tumors such as breast cancer.
