Abstract:
A vacuum circuit breaker according to the present invention is provided with: a ground tank (1) and a movable-side support plate (8a), which constitute a part of a container in which an insulation gas is sealed; and a sealant layer (10) which is provided at a linking position of the ground tank (1) and the movable-side support plate (8a). Respective bonding surfaces (1e, 8d) of the ground tank (1) and the movable-side support plate (8a) are flat, and the bonding surfaces (1e, 8d) are butt-joined with each other; the sealant layer (10) comprises a resin layer (10a) which is formed of a resin that serves as a dispersion medium, and a filler (10b) which is dispersed in the resin layer (10a) and serves as a dispersoid; the filler (10b) is formed of a material that has a lower gas permeability than the resin that forms the resin layer (10a); and the particle diameter of the filler (10b) is smaller than the recesses and projections of the respective bonding surfaces (1e, 8d) of the ground tank (1) and the movable-side support plate (8a).
