Abstract:
This gate system control device (1), which controls a gate system having an exit gate, is provided with: a first detection unit (2), a second detection unit (3), and a controller (4). The first detection unit (2) detects that a passport possessed by a person entering the gate system is placed on a placing region. The second detection unit (3) detects that the person is moving. The controller (4) controls the gate system. The controller (4) executes a process for notifying the person in the gate system, when the first detection unit (2) detects that the passport is placed on the placing region and the second detection unit (3) detects that the person is moving to the exit gate.
