Abstract:
A gear axial surface polishing apparatus having high polishing efficiency, comprising a gear transport mechanism (1). The gear transport mechanism (1) is disposed in front of a polishing mechanism (2) and gear fixing mechanisms (3). One side of the left side and right side of the polishing mechanism (2) is provided with a placement mechanism for processed gears (4), and the other side of the left side and right side of the polishing mechanism (2) is provided with a placement mechanism for gears to be processed (5). The polishing mechanism (2) comprises two drive motors (21) and grinding wheels (22) fixed at the output ends of the drive motors (21), the two drive motors (21) being arranged on the left and right at a same level. One gear fixing mechanism (3) corresponds to one grinding wheel (22). The gear fixing mechanisms (3) are used for fixing a gear (9) and work in conjunction with a gear rotating mechanism (6). The gear rotating mechanism (6) is used to enable the gear fixing mechanisms (3) or the gear on the gear fixing mechanisms (3) to rotate. The gear transport mechanism (1) comprises a first linear movement mechanism (11), a second linear movement mechanism (12), material retrieval claw rotation mechanisms (13), and three material retrieval claws (14).
