Abstract:
A pin-cutting machine for electronic components, comprising a support panel (1). The support panel is provided with a conveyor assembly and a left cutter (2) and a right cutter (3) disposed at the left and right side opposite one another. The conveyor assembly comprises rollers (4) disposed in parallel at the front and the rear and a ring-shaped belt (5) wrapped around the two rollers. A middle panel (6) is provided between the left cutter and right cutter. The ring-shaped belt wraps outside of the middle panel. The left cutter and the right cutter are both provided with a matching first drive mechanism (20). Driven by the first linear drive mechanisms, the left cutter move toward to the left side of the middle panel and the right cutter moves toward the right side of the middle panel. The pin-cutting machine for electronic components can cut the pins of an electronic component in one go, thereby enhancing the production efficiency and lowering labor intensity.
