Abstract:
Disclosed is a gear-formation-oriented machining method for a matching gear. The machining method comprises a matching gear machining process route, and comprises the steps of: choosing a modification coefficient of a pinion; calculating, according to an actually measured common normal length average value of a machined and formed big gear wheel, an actual modification coefficient x2' of the big gear wheel; substituting same into a modification coefficient distribution calculation software package with a gear pair sliding rate difference of Δη ≤ 0.0001; calculating and obtaining a modification coefficient target value x1' of a matching pinion and a target common normal length value W1k' of the pinion; and machining the matching pinion according to the modification coefficient target value x1' of the matching pinion and other known design parameters. The gear-formation-oriented machining method for a matching gear can realize precise manufacturing with the gear sliding rate difference approaching zero, is used for the manufacturing of low-speed heavy-load matching gears, and can prolong the service life of the gears and reduce the transmission power consumption.
