Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a secondary battery top cover assembly and a secondary battery. The top cover assembly comprises a top cover plate provided with a through hole; an electrode terminal covering the through hole; an insulating plat having at least a part located on the side of the top cover plate away from the electrode terminal; a sealing member having at least a part arranged between the top cover plate and the electrode terminal; and an insulating member having at least a part arranged between the top cover plate and the insulating plate, wherein the insulating member and the sealing member at least jointly surround the side wall of the through hole and the area of the upper surface of the top cover plate close to the through hole.
