Abstract:

A gear polishing device with high polishing precision, comprising a frame (1). A fixed bottom base (2) is provided on the frame (1); an adjustment recess (3) is provided on the fixed bottom base (2); a hydraulic cylinder (4), a fixing plate (5), a fixing rod (6), and two automatic stabilizers (7) are provided in the adjustment recess (3); a plurality of measurement rods (8) each having a height detection device (9) are provided on the fixing plate (5); a lifting base (10) is provided on one side of the fixed bottom base (2); two electric slide rails (11) and a lifting plate (12) are provided on the lifting base (10); a fixed top base (13) is provided on the lifting plate (12); an annular main pipe (14), a gas inlet pipe (15), a supercritical carbon dioxide gas supply cylinder (16), a plurality of gas outlet pipes (17), plasma pipes (18), and an annular feed pipe (19) are provided in the fixed top base (13); a plasma gas cylinder (20) is connected to the top surface of the annular feed pipe (19); and a plurality of piezoelectric sensors (21) are provided on the fixed top base (13). The gear polishing device with high polishing precision not only can improve the processing precision, but also achieves low labor intensity, high work efficiency, wide application range, good processing stability, high safety, and long service life and is convenient to use, maintain, and clean.
