Abstract:
An internal gear helical tooth machining apparatus. The internal gear helical tooth machining apparatus comprises a bottom plate (1), a placement plate (2) is connected to the bottom plate, and a horizontal feeding apparatus is connected to the placement plate; a clamping frame (3) is rotatably connected to the placement plate, a rotating apparatus is connected to the clamping frame, and clamping heads (4) which are provided annularly are connected to the top end surface of the clamping frame; a machine frame (5) is fixedly connected to the bottom plate, and a vertically downward hydraulic telescopic cylinder (6) is connected to the top end of the machine frame; a feeding shaft (7) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the hydraulic telescopic cylinder, a sleeve shaft (8) sleeves the outer side of the feeding shaft, and a bearing (9) is connected between the sleeve shaft and the feeding shaft; a guide sleeve (10) fixedly connected to the machine frame sleeves the outer side of the sleeve shaft, multiple inclined guide grooves (11) are formed in the inner side surface of the guide sleeve, and guide blocks (12) are fixed at the positions, corresponding to the guide grooves, of the outer side wall of the sleeve shaft; and a gear shaper cutter (13) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the sleeve shaft. The device cost can not only be reduced, but the internal gear helical tooth machining apparatus also has the advantages of being wide in application range, high in machining precision, convenient in replacement and maintenance, and long in service life.
