Abstract:
This gear-position learning device for an automatic clutch transmission is provided with: a transmission in which gear shift is effected through operation by a driver of a vehicle; a clutch device which is disposed on a power transmission path between the transmission and an engine, and in which engagement/disengagement is effected by the actuation of a clutch actuator; a control unit which controls the engagement/disengagement of the clutch device effected by the clutch actuator; a shift drum which rotates in response to a shift operation performed on a shift operating element by the driver so as to switch the shift stage of the transmission; and a rotational position regulation mechanism which regulates the rotational position of the shift drum, wherein the control unit has a learning mode for learning the rotational angle of the shift drum, and, during the learning mode, controls the engagement/disengagement of the clutch device such that the shift drum assumes a rotational position set by the rotational position regulation mechanism.
