Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a hollow needling implement (1) that includes hollow micro protrusions (3) having apertures (3h) comprises a protrusion forming step that involves pressing a convex part (11) into one side (2D) of a base sheet (2A), which is formed containing a thermoplastic resin, to form a hollow closed-end protrusion (3) that protrudes from the other side (2U) of the base sheet (2A). Subsequently, an aperture-forming step is performed in which an aperture (3h) is formed through the hollow protrusion (3) using a non-contact aperture-forming means disposed on the other side (2U) of the base sheet (2A).
