Abstract:

The present invention relates to a gel material. The gel material is prepared by performing precrosslinking-low-temperature freezing crosslinking on endogenous polyamine and a hyaluronic acid substance under the action of an activating agent, then unfreezing, and repeating a freezing-unfreezing process for 0-3 times, wherein the endogenous polyamine comprises spermine and/or spermidine, and the activating agent comprises water-soluble carbodiimide, a carbonium salt, and 4-(4,6-dimethoxy-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-4-methyl-morpholinium chloride (DMTMM). According to the present invention, endogenous polyamine and hyaluronic acid are subjected to a crosslinking reaction at a low temperature to generate a scaffold having a continuous interpenetrating porous structure, and this unique structure is beneficial to substance exchange and promotion of adhesion and growth of cells. The pore size and porosity of the gel material can be controlled by regulating and controlling the crosslinking degree and the concentration of hyaluronic acid in a reaction system, etc., the mechanical property of a gel scaffold can be adjusted, the whole process is mild and controllable, the yield is high, and the potential research value and a wide prospect for application are achieved in the fields of biological materials and tissue engineering.
