Abstract:
An optical assembly, a projection display medium, an optical system, and a vehicle. The optical assembly comprises a dimming layer (01), a first phase modulation layer (02), and a second phase modulation layer (03). The light transmittance of the dimming layer (01) is adjustable, and the dimming layer (01) receives ambient light and transmits the ambient light at a first light transmittance. One side of the first phase modulation layer (02) receives the ambient light transmitted by the dimming layer (01), and after being subjected to first phase modulation, the ambient light is incident to the second phase modulation layer (03) from the other side of the first phase modulation layer (02). One side of the second phase modulation layer (03) receives the ambient light emitted from the first phase modulation layer (02), and after being subjected to second phase modulation, the ambient light is emitted from the other side of the second phase modulation layer (03). The first phase modulation compensates for the second phase modulation, or the second phase modulation compensates for the first phase modulation. The contrast of a projected image is adjusted by adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming layer (01), thereby improving the effect of projection display. The present application can be used for a transparent display system in a vehicle.
