Abstract:
A gene detection kit, comprising a kit body (1) and a kit cover (3), wherein the kit cover (3) is arranged above the kit body (1). The gene detection kit has a simple structure and is convenient to use; a supporting block (7) is arranged at an inner bottom portion of the kit body (1), and the supporting block (7) can apply a vertically upward thrust to a test tube (10) placed inside the kit body under the elastic action of an elastic spring (9), such that the top portion of the test tube comes into contact with the closed kit cover (3), thereby clamping the test tube, and preventing the test tube from shaking in the vertical direction inside the kit body; meanwhile, an arranged limiting plate (4) can limit the test tube (10) in a horizontal direction, such that when the test tube is placed inside the kit body, the test tube does not shake in the horizontal direction, thereby preventing glass test tubes from mutually colliding and being damaged, and avoiding reagent leakage; and moreover, when the kit cover is closed, a pressing block (14) can provide an extrusion force to the limiting plate (4) by means of the pressing block (14) arranged inside the kit cover.
