Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a composition for diagnosing whether a skin type that can easily form wrinkles is present, the composition comprising a probe capable of detecting a genetic polymorphism marker with a correlational significance with the degree of skin wrinkles, or an agent capable of amplifying the marker; a kit or a microarray comprising the composition; and a method for providing information on whether a skin type that can easily form wrinkles is present, the method using the genetic polymorphism marker or a combination of markers. Single nucleotide polymorphism markers of the present invention provide accurate information for the skin types of individuals, and, thus, it is possible to develop a personalized cosmetic product and a customized active ingredient.
