Title:
RECOMBINANT MICROALGAE HAVING ENHANCED TOLERANCE TO HIGH CONCENTRATIONS OF CO2 AND/OR ACIDIC CONDITIONS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/211562
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel recombinant microalgal strain having enhanced resistance to high concentrations of CO2 and low pH (acidic) conditions and, more particularly, to Chlamydomonas reinhardtii PMA4ΔCter-V4 and -V10, which are Chlamydomonas reinhardtii-derived genetically modified microalgal strains, and use thereof.
