Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a glass cloth, a prepreg and a printed wiring board. The glass cloth is made by weaving glass yarn, wherein the bulk dielectric loss tangent of glass in the glass yarn is 0.0010 or less, the flexural rigidity (gf·cm2/cm) per unit weight (g/m2) of the glass cloth in the warp direction is in the range of 0.0002-0.0014, and the dielectric loss tangent of the glass cloth at 10 GHz is in the range of more than 0 and 0.00010 or less.
