Abstract:
Disclosed are a glass heating kettle and a heating control method therefor for boil-over prevention. The glass heating kettle comprises: a base provided with a heating plate at an upper surface thereof; a glass kettle element which can be placed on the heating plate to be heated; a protruding member disposed at the base; and a temperature measurement module disposed in the protruding member and used to measure an actual heating temperature in the glass kettle element. A control circuit board is disposed in the base, and is used to control the heating plate to reduce heating power when the actual heating temperature in the glass kettle element is close to a preset target heating temperature T0 so as to prevent water or food in the glass kettle element from boiling over. Both of the temperature measurement module and the heating plate are electrically connected to the control circuit board. The invention improves boil-over prevention capability of glass heating kettles, and ensures use reliability and safety thereof. Moreover, the glass kettle element has a simple, compact structure, and is convenient for users to use.
