A soft cotton-linen blended spunlace nonwoven fabric and a preparation method therefor. The raw materials of the soft cotton-linen blended spunlace nonwoven fabric are Chinese hemp fibers and cotton fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: raw material preparation, fiber feeding, scutching, mixing, combing and impurity removing, mixing, combing and netting, net stretching, spunlace, bleaching, dehydrating, drying, winding and cutting. The soft cotton-linen blended spunlace nonwoven fabric product prepared by the preparation method is clean and tidy, soft and comfortable, has a good bacteriostatic property, and is very suitable for use in sanitary materials. Moreover, the Chinese hemp fibers and cotton fibers selected are natural fibers, which are naturally degradable, safe, and environmentally friendly. By means of the preparation method, not only is the quality of products improved, but also the cost is reduced.
