Abstract:
The present invention discloses a glufosinate dehydrogenase mutant and an application thereof in synthesizing L-glufosinate, the method using 2-carbonyl-4-(hydroxy-methyl-phosphoryl) butyric acid or a salt thereof as a substrate; in the presence of an inorganic amino donor and a reduced coenzyme, using glufosinate dehydrogenase or a cell containing glufosinate dehydrogenase as a biocatalyst, performing a reductive amination reaction to obtain L-glufosinate. The method of the present invention exhibits a high conversion rate and yield, the product is easily separated and purified, and has relatively high chiral purity; relative to other catalytic processes, the present process is simple and has a raw material conversion rate of up to 100%.
