Abstract:
A goods (25) processing method and apparatus, a device, a system, a storage medium, and a program product. The method comprises: if there are goods (25) to be warehoused, according to delivery information corresponding to the goods (25), determining a target shelf (24) used for storing the goods (25); sending a goods placement instruction, so that a goods handling robot (22) stores the goods (25) on the target shelf (24) according to the goods placement instruction; and if there are goods (25) to exit the warehouse, sending a goods pickup instruction, so that a shelf handling robot (23) transports the target shelf (24) where the goods (25) to exit the warehouse is located to a warehouse exit point.
