Abstract:
Provided is a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet manufacturing method by which a low-iron-loss grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet having little variation in iron loss can be stably manufactured using a tandem rolling mill. With this grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet manufacturing method, a steel material is hot-rolled to obtain a hot-rolled steel sheet, one pass of cold-rolling or two or more passes of cold-rolling with process annealing therebetween are applied to the hot-rolled steel sheet to obtain a cold-rolled sheet having final sheet thickness, and secondary recrystallization annealing is subsequently applied to the cold-rolled sheet after decarburization annealing is applied to the cold-rolled sheet, wherein pre-final-cold-rolling annealing is carried out at an average cooling rate of 20˚C/s or higher in a temperature range of 800˚C to 350˚C, and the final cold-rolling is introduced to the first pass of the tandem rolling mill at the point when the steel sheet has been cooled to 60˚C or lower within 10 seconds after the steel sheet is heated to a temperature range of 70˚C to 200˚C by using the tandem rolling mill.
