Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a grain saccharified liquid that has low roughness and excellent liquid-permeability and is expected to exert intestinal regulating effects. More specifically, the present invention pertains to a grain saccharified liquid characterized in that: the average particle diameter of insoluble components in the grain saccharified liquid is 60 μm or less; the ratio of insoluble components having a particle diameter of 200 μm or less is 85 vol% or more relative to the total amount of the insoluble components in the grain saccharified liquid; the ratio of insoluble components having a particle diameter of 300 μm or more is 5.0 vol% or less relative to the total amount of the insoluble components in the grain saccharified liquid; and the amount of insoluble dietary fiber in the solid content of the saccharified grain solution is 1.0 wt% or more.
