Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a granule which exhibits excellent stability and which contains a succinic acid salt of (S,E)-N-(1-((5-(2-((4-cyanophenyl)amino)-4-(propylamino)pyrimidin-5-yl)-4-pentyn-1-yl)amino)-1-oxypropan-2-yl)-4-(dimethylamino)-N-methyl-2-butenamide. Provided by the present invention is a granule which contains (S,E)-N-(1-((5-(2-((4-cyanophenyl)amino)-4-(propylamino)pyrimidin-5-yl)-4-pentyn-1-yl)amino)-1-oxypropan-2-yl)-4-(dimethylamino)-N-methyl-2-butenamide and one or more additives selected from the group consisting of magnesium stearate, sodium stearyl fumarate and a hydrogenated oil.
