Abstract:
A green tire molding device 1 has: a molding drum 7 which holds a cylindrical carcass base body 10 from the inside in a radial direction; bead lock means 8 for holding a bead core assembly 11 with the carcass base body 10 therebetween; and folding back means 9 for folding back around a bead core 13 a protruding part 10a of the carcass base body 10 together with a bead apex rubber 14 and pressing and sticking the same onto an outer peripheral surface 10a of the carcass base body 10. The molding drum 7 includes an outer peripheral surface 71 which holds the inner peripheral surface of the carcass base body 10, an outer end surface 72 which holds the bead core 13 with the carcass base body 10 therebetween, and a chamfered part 73 in which the corner where the outer peripheral surface 71 and the outer end surface 72 intersect each other is chamfered into a tapered shape, and which holds the bead apex rubber 14 with the carcass base body 10 therebetween.
