Abstract:
A grinder wheel coupling structure of the present invention comprises: a spindle body (100) coupled to a grinder motor shaft (10); a wheel body (200) coupled to the spindle body (100); and a grinder disk (300) connected to the wheel body (200) to be integrated therewith. The spindle body (100) comprises: a hollow shaft (110) formed in the center of the spindle body (100) and coupled to the grinder motor shaft (10); a plurality of coupling protrusions (120) positioned away from the hollow shaft (110) in the radial direction and protruding upward from the upper surface of the spindle body (100); a plurality of key protrusion holes (130) positioned away from the hollow shaft (110) in the radial direction and formed through between the coupling protrusions (120); and a coupling key (140) provided on one side of the lower surface of the spindle body (100). The wheel body (200) comprises: a wheel hollow (210) which is formed in the center of the wheel body (200) and through which the hollow shaft (110) of the spindle body (100) is inserted; a plurality of protrusion coupling holes (220) formed through the wheel body (200) and coupling to the coupling protrusions (120) of the spindle body (100); and a plurality of key grooves (230) formed on the lower surface of the wheel body (200) and coupling to the coupling key (140). The grinder disk (300) is connected to the wheel body (200) to be integrated therewith. Therefore, the present invention allows a grinder wheel to be mounted and removed in a quick and simple manner and thus provides notable advantages of enhanced workability and reduced labor cost.
