Abstract:
A grinding apparatus for a ring-shaped piece, comprising a stand (10), a holding assembly, and a grinding mechanism (12). The stand comprises an upright post (14) and at least one stop block (16) fixed on the upright post, a cylinder (18) being provided outside the upright post. The holding assembly comprises three holding members (20) evenly provided at intervals along the circumferential direction. Each holding member comprises a first arc-shaped plate (22), a second arc-shaped plate (24), a spring (26) connecting the first arc-shaped plate to the second arc-shaped plate, and two metal rods (28) connected to the first arc-shaped plate, each metal rod extending outside the cylinder. Three electromagnets (30) are provided outside the cylinder, and each electromagnet is provided corresponding to two metal rods. The grinding mechanism is located above the upright post. A dust collection groove (32) is fixed below the upright post. The dust collection groove is connected to a fan (36) by means of a first air duct (34). The fan is connected to a dust storage barrel (40) by means of a second air duct (38). The grinding apparatus for a ring-shaped workpiece features a good fixing effect and good grinding quality and avoids dusting by means of the cooperation of the dust connection groove and a dust stop cover.
