Abstract:
A racket grommet 40 for stretching a string on a racket is formed of a carbon fiber reinforced resin containing 10-40 mass% of a pitch-based carbon fiber and 60-90 mass% of a polyamide resin. The racket has the racket grommet 40 mounted in a plurality of string insertion holes. Poly(methaxylylene adipamide) is particularly preferable for the polyamide resin. Accordingly, provided are: a highly durable racket grommet which is not damaged even when repeatedly pulled up with high tension; and a racket having same.
