Abstract:
A ground drilling device for drilling a hole (H) in the ground (G) by applying a
laser beam (1) to it. The ground drilling device has a closure means (M) for closing
the hole (H) being drilled, a laser beam application means (R) for applying the
laser beam (1) to a bottom surface (B) of the hole (H) that is closed by the closure
means (M) and being drilled, a pipe (P) inserted into the closed hole (H) and ejecting
objects melted by the laser beam (1) to the outside, and a pressurization means
(K) for pressurizing the closed hole (H). The ground drilling device can drill
a hole with a long length (deep) and a relatively large diameter.
